As a New York and New Jersey licensed psychotherapist, I hold a Masters Degree in Social Work from New York University and am certified in Integrative Harm Reduction Psychotherapy. I have completed specialized trainings in multiple treatment modalities, including Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavior Addiction Treatment, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), and personally engage in a variety of mind-body practices such as meditation and therapeutic breathing. I have provided psychotherapy and social work services in a variety of settings, including private practice, outpatient mental health clinics, substance use treatment programs, and inpatient psychiatric hospital units. In addition, I am available for business consultation and to provide clinical supervision to social workers pursuing licensure.

I am particularly interested in collaboratively exploring how individuals develop patterns of thinking, feeling and behaving, and increasing curiosity about whether or not these patterns continue to be useful. Once these factors are identified, I work with my clients to increase their strengths and skills for developing new ways of being and maintaining successes already achieved, in order to help them reach and sustain their individual goals.
